You can directly manage and close these action items from your mobile. Channel Access Failed: Incorrect channel access credentials are flagged for you to rectify the details - both at chain level and individual property level. You can update the access credentials directly from your mobile. Unmapped Reservation Roomtype: See which rooms are not mapped correctly for individual properties as well as at chain level and map them immediately.Reservation Delivery Failed: Know the number of reservation delivery failures and repush them directly from your mobile application - for each and every property. Rate Parity Instances: If you are a Rate Shopper / Managed Reports user, you can now see all instances of rate disparity between your brand.com and OTA rates. You can also modify and update rates on the relevant extranet(s) to ensure all rates are in parity for all properties at chain level as well as individual property level directly from your mobile. Surveys to Respond: If you are a TrustYou Stars or Guest RevU subscriber, you will see this new Action on your RateTiger | RTConnect | LIVE OS module.
